  • What if we have a problem while we are away?

Call our office and we will make any adjustment necessary to your booking and offer as much support as we can.

  • How can we contact you?

All of our contact information is available on our website and our business cards, including telephone numbers and email addresses.

  • How will we locate our driver once our flight has arrived?

Your driver will meet you as you come through arrivals. Drivers will hold a sign with your name or company written upon it. If for any reason you can not see your driver, please call C & C Cars on +44(0)1638 724155.

  • What will happen if our flight is delayed?

We monitor all incoming flights therefore it does not matter how delayed or how early your flight may be, there will be a driver waiting for you at not extra cost.

  • Can your office contact the driver whilst he is in the airport terminal or driving?

Yes. We can contact all drivers via their mobile phones.

  • How is waiting time charged?

You will be charged an agreed price for your journey plus an hourly rate for any waiting time incurred on your behalf.
